What is Football Betting
Football betting is the most popular form of sports betting in the world. Players back their favourite team and can win prizes depending on the result. At pkgame5, the football betting system is presented clearly and simply, with full Myanmar-language service so players in Myanmar can understand it easily.
To predict a match result accurately, study the latest news and information before the game kicks off. With MNL fixtures available, Myanmar football fans no longer have to sit on the sidelines — they can directly support the team they love.
The betting markets players have always loved
In any football match you can bet across a variety of markets, not just one. The most popular market types are listed below.
1X2 Full Result
The simplest market — pick whether the home team wins, it's a draw, or the away team wins at full time. The best starting point for anyone new to football betting.
Over / Under Goals
Bet on whether the total goals in a match will be over or under a set line. Popular with fans who enjoy high-scoring games.
Asian Handicap
Asian Handicap
Correct Score
Bet on the exact scoreline at full time. The odds are high because it is hard to predict, so it tends to attract bolder players.
Both Teams to Score
Predict whether both teams will score at least one goal each. You can also combine this with the 1X2 market to build a combined bet.
First Goalscorer
Bet on which player will score the first goal in the match. This market is especially exciting in matches featuring top players.
Which competitions can you bet on
At pkgame5 football betting, Myanmar football fans can find and bet on a wide range of competitions all in one place—
- MNL — Myanmar National League matches, the most popular competition among Myanmar football fans for betting
- EPL — English Premier League matches featuring the world's biggest clubs, with a wide variety of markets available
- UEFA Champions League — Champion clubs from across Europe go head to head, with the best odds and highest payouts in the world
- FIFA World Cup / AFF — International competitions where you can also bet in support of the Myanmar national team
- Many competitions available including Spain, Germany, Italy, France and Brazil leagues
What are odds
In football betting, "Odds" refers to the payout ratio. Higher odds mean a bigger payout, but that's because the chance of winning is lower. Lower odds mean a higher chance of winning, but the payout will be smaller.
Example — In a match between Team A and Team B, if Team A has odds of 1.8 and you bet 10,000 Ks on Team A to win, you will receive 18,000 Ks back. This system is called "Decimal Odds" and is displayed at pkgame5 in the easiest format to read.
pkgame5 also supports Live Betting, which lets you place bets in real time while the match is in progress, so as the situation changes you can jump into your preferred market without waiting.
Odds format comparison
| Format | Example | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| Decimal | 2.50 | 100 Ks → 250 Ks |
| Fractional | 3/2 | 100 Ks → 250 Ks |
| Asian | -0.5 | Handicap included |
pkgame5 displays odds in Decimal format, making it the easiest to calculate.
