Number of Cards
Each player receives 3 cards. The player called the Dealer can look at their first 2 cards before all cards are revealed and decide whether to draw a third card or not.
Card Total
J, Q, K, and 10 are all worth 0. A is worth 1. All other cards are worth their face value. The score is determined by dropping all multiples of 10 from the three-card total and keeping the remaining digit.
Who wins?
The player whose total is closest to 9 wins the round. If two players have the same total, the winner is decided by card suit — Spades (♠) rank highest and Clubs (♣) rank lowest.
Shan Koe Mee (Big Win)
If your three cards total exactly 9 before they are revealed, it is called "Koe Mee" and pays at the big win rate. A total of 0 is called "Thone Yar Mee", and in some game variants it is ruled to beat a score of 9.
