2 Account Requirements

2.1 Opening an Account

You must open an official account to play games at pkgame5. When registering, you must provide your correct name, date of birth, and contact details. If the information provided is inaccurate, pkgame5 reserves the right to restrict or close the account.

2.2 Account Verification

pkgame5 may at any time request your national ID or proof of income to verify your personal details. You must cooperate with this verification process; failure to do so may result in delays to withdrawals.

2.3 Account Suspension

pkgame5 may suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances—

If a breach of these terms and conditions is found
If financial fraud or manipulation of the gaming system is detected
If a second account is found registered under the same name
If it becomes known that registration was completed with false information

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposits

Deposit methods available at pkgame5 are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 20,000 Ks. Deposits must be made by following the instructions on the website, and pkgame5 is not responsible for any incorrect payments made.

4 Bonus & Promotion Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus

The pkgame5 welcome bonus is 150% of your first deposit, up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks. For example—

Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a bonus of 30,000 Ks, giving a total of 50,000 Ks; wagering requirement: 30,000 Ks × 10 = 300,000 Ks
Deposit 280,000 Ks and receive a bonus of 200,000 Ks, giving a total of 480,000 Ks; wagering requirement: 200,000 Ks × 10 = 2,000,000 Ks

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds can only be withdrawn after completing a 10× wagering requirement. When calculating whether the wagering requirement has been met, only the bonus amount counts toward wagering — the deposited amount does not. If you withdraw before the wagering requirement is met, the full bonus amount will be forfeited.

4.3 Bonus Restrictions

Each account is eligible for the bonus once only. If pkgame5 determines that the bonus is being used with the intent to abuse it, pkgame5 may withdraw and cancel the bonus.

4.4 Other Promotions

VIP cashback, referral commissions, and other promotions are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, and this general Bonus Policy applies in addition to those terms.

5 Game Rules

5.1 Fair Play

pkgame5 uses Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine game outcomes. pkgame5 commits to providing fair play with equal odds for every player. If a game result is incorrect due to a technical error, pkgame5 may make a final determination on the matter.

5.2 Prohibited Gaming Conduct

Players are strictly prohibited from exploiting gameplay to abuse the wagering system, obtaining bonus funds through a second account, or tampering with game software. If such behavior is detected, pkgame5 may freeze the funds and suspend the account.

5.3 Technical Issues

Any deposit or withdrawal errors caused by website or software technical faults will be corrected by pkgame5. Winnings obtained as a result of technical faults are not valid. pkgame5 is not responsible for any financial losses related to such issues.

6 Prohibited Actions

The following actions are strictly prohibited in connection with pkgame5's services—

Engaging in money laundering or illegal backing activities
Opening a second or third account to claim additional bonuses
Exploiting or hacking the game software with the intent to cheat
Sharing account login credentials with a third party
Insulting, threatening, or harassing other players or staff
Copying the platform and distributing it externally
